Kamado Joe x PME Legend BBQ Legends Challenge

1. ORGANISER

This promotion is organised by Kamado Joe B.V. in collaboration with PME Legend.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is open to participants who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Are residents of the Netherlands.

  • Have a valid Instagram account.

  • Follow both @kamadojoe_nl and @pmelegend on Instagram.

  • Like the official competition post.

  • Leave a comment on the official competition post answering the question: “Who do you think won the BBQ Legends Challenge?”

Employees of the organiser, PME Legend, their affiliated companies, agencies, and anyone professionally involved in this promotion, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion starts when the official competition post is published and closes on 30 August 2026 at 23:59 CEST.

Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

The winner will be selected and contacted on 31 August 2026.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To participate, you must:

  1. Follow @kamadojoe_nl on Instagram.

  2. Follow @pmelegend on Instagram.

  3. Like the official competition post.

  4. Comment on the official competition post with your answer to the question: “Who do you think won the BBQ Legends Challenge?”

Only complete and valid entries will be considered.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the promotion.

5. PRIZE

One winner will receive:

  • 1 x Kamado Joe Classic III

  • 1 x complete PME Legend outfit

The exact outfit, size and available options are subject to availability and will be agreed with the winner.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.

The organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One winner will be selected from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message on 31 August 2026.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, the organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The organiser's decision regarding the winner is final.

7. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

The prize will be delivered to the winner's address in the Netherlands.

The organiser will contact the winner to obtain the information necessary to arrange delivery.

The organiser is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner.

8. PARTICIPANT CONTENT

By entering the promotion, you confirm that your entry does not contain content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes the rights of any third party.

The organiser reserves the right to remove or disregard entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

9. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data provided by participants will only be processed to the extent necessary to administer the promotion, select and contact the winner, and arrange delivery of the prize.

The winner may be asked to provide personal details such as their name, email address, telephone number and delivery address for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the organiser's applicable Privacy Policy.

10. LIABILITY

The organiser will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the promotion operates as described.

However, the organiser cannot be held responsible for technical failures, network problems, Instagram outages, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may prevent participation.

The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if circumstances make this necessary.

11. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By participating, each participant fully releases Instagram from any liability related to this promotion.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By participating in the promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

13. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
